Job description

A reputable Quant Trading business is currently seeking Quantitative Traders with a proven track record in live trading who are interested in managing their own desk with associated P&L responsibilities.

This role will involve substantial research and development when testing and refining trading strategies as a desk owner with related P&L responsibilities. Responsibilities include researching, implementing, and executing strategies, as well as automating them where feasible.

Requirements:

Demonstrable profitable track record in cryptocurrency trading.
Passionate about developing quantitative trading strategies and deriving insights from large datasets.
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, managing and running crypto strategies, particularly in mid to long-term strategies, CTA, Systematic, Prop, and would be open to exploring HFT backgrounds too.
Strong coding skills essential — 3 to 5 years of experience in Python, Golang, Matlab, or R required.
Algorithmic trading experience required — whether from personal or professional backgrounds.
