At Qu, You Will
Build, mentor, and manage a team of data professionals, including developers and data analysts.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and delivering value quickly.
Oversee the delivery of core data services, including ETL pipelines, reverse ETL, data modeling, and analytics.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Provide hands-on technical support by contributing directly to coding, data architecture design, and troubleshooting when needed.
Work closely with restaurant brands to understand their data challenges and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients derive maximum value from their data investments.
Establish best practices for data services delivery, including documentation, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the team’s initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
A proven track record (5+ years) in managing data-related services, teams, or projects, ideally within consulting, technology, or hospitality industries.
Hands-on experience with ETL, reverse ETL, data pipelines, and analytics tools. Proficiency in modern data architecture tools and frameworks is essential.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
150,000 - 180,000 USD per year(Remote)
