Work closely with management to proactively address strategic challenges, workforce planning, and organizational design issues, offering expert guidance to develop innovative and effective solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing diverse perspectives and encouraging them to challenge conventional practices.
Employ effective relationship management to enhance collaboration with internal stakeholders, including managers, senior leaders, and employees.
Show expertise across various HR disciplines, including employee engagement, recruitment, retention, talent development, succession planning, change management, conflict resolution, exit management, employment law, employee relations, performance management, compensation management, and coaching.
Lead and execute HR projects in coordination with the headquarters, and actively contribute as a team member on special initiatives as required.
Ensure seamless operations of HR administration and payroll processes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by consistently identifying opportunities to enhance the value and effectiveness of HR programs for employees and leaders.

Extensive experience in a similar role
Strong proficiency in developing and implementing Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Learning & Development programs is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of Japanese employment legislation and best practices, with a proven track record of managing complex HR challenges, ideally in an international environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and manage relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
A detail-oriented and proactive approach, demonstrating a "can-do" attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Japanese and English
