As Commercial Operations Specialist your primary responsibility is to act as the main point of contact for pricing and estimated program costs.
Core Responsibilities
Assist in estimating program/campaign costs, drafting proposals, and maintaining pricing models, ensuring OptimizeRx capabilities are accurately represented and priced within deliverables.
Provide support to internal stakeholders on proposal/pricing inquiries and gathering competitive pricing intelligence.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to support alignment between pricing strategies and business objectives.
Assist in developing pricing-related communications and training materials for the sales teams.
Update and maintain relevant information within Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Support the effective management of proposal deliverable queues in SharePoint and/or HubSpot.
Collaborate with the Data Team to effectively communicate deadlines/timelines and our capabilities where appropriate.
Help maintain pricing models to enable quick, efficient, and accurate pricing.
Support planning and estimating channel partner optimization within client programs.
Assist in ensuring contracts are compliant with proposal offerings by providing necessary scope to the legal and contracting teams upon request.
Support pricing optimization through tracking and management of packaging, discounts, and promotions to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
Monitor key pricing metrics, track margin performance, and assist with providing insights to leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associate's degree in business or related field, bachelors preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pricing analysis or data analysis.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (PowerBI, Evaluate Pharma, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze data with a focus on problem-solving.
Familiarity with project management systems, presentation software (PowerPoint) and CRM systems, (HubSpot, Asana, etc.), preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, required.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
