Responsibilities:

Independently solve advanced backend development challenges
Manage projects and processes with minimal supervision
Organize and plan work efficiently to meet deadlines
Estimate work time and optimize efficiency
Actively communicate within the team and provide technical support
Mentor and support junior team members to improve team competencies
Maintain and follow established programming standards
Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs based on project requirements
Work with Git version control for source code management and team collaboration
Perform advanced operations with SQL and NoSQL databases

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer or equivalent experience in independent projects with a portfolio
Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of independence
Excellent organizational skills and efficiency in task management
Advanced knowledge of team programming standards
Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at an intermediate level

Technical Skills:

Advanced experience with REST API development
Advanced proficiency in Git version control
Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases
Advanced proficiency in: .NET 6 (soon transitioning to .NET 7-8), ASP.NET Core
Experience with IDEs such as: JetBrains Rider, Visual Studio
Advanced knowledge of backend architecture and modern software development standards
Familiarity with Docker at an intermediate level
