Business Systems Administrator

Experior Financial Group, Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated ERP Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ERP systems, ensuring smooth operations and providing ongoing technical support across departments. You will play a key part in system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, while working closely with IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and other teams to ensure business systems are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assist in the implementation, configuration, and upgrade of the ERP system transitioning from QuickBooks Online, ensuring alignment with business requirements, data integrity, and user adoption.
  • Manage and maintain ERP system, ensuring smooth operation and providing technical support to business users.
  • Continuously assess and optimize ERP systems for improved performance and functionality. Resolve system issues and troubleshoot software and integration problems.
  • Oversee integration of ERP systems with other business applications (CRM, HRIS, etc.), ensuring data consistency and efficient business workflows.
  • Provide end-user support, including training sessions, creating user guides, and troubleshooting system-related issues to ensure all teams effectively utilize the business systems.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation on system processes, workflows, configurations, and customizations. Generate reports as needed for business analysis.
  • Work closely with IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and other departments to align system configurations with evolving business needs and requirements.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices, new technologies, and ERP system updates to suggest and implement process improvements across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field of study
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems administration.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Acumatica is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP system functionality and architecture.
  • Experience with system integrations and data mapping.
  • Familiarity with other business systems (CRM, HRIS, etc.)
  • Strong SQL or other query languages for reporting and data extraction.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization.
  • Experience leading or participating in ERP implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide clear support documentation and user guides.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions effectively.
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in Canada.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 CAD per year

The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
