Job description

Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the research and selection of Middle Management profiles, is currently looking for a Sales Manager for an innovative company that develops cybersecurity solutions for the Internet of Things market.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all sales related topics including top line growth;
  • Secure internal & external targets related to this area;
  • Together with the Drivesec team, create and improve the network and relationship to the customers;
  • Being the internal “voice of the customer” and identify customer needs that match our growth plan;
  • Responsible for processes & standards in relation to sales;
  • Interface with the other departments of Drivesec and secure specific trainings needed for each Customer;
  • Observe and consider the upcoming market requirements/new products and act within Drivesec;
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and be open minded – idenitfy possibilities and opportunities;
  • Develop team members and work towards a positive work environment.

Requirements:


  • Master's Degree or equivalent;
  • Well experienced in the tech/IoT/automotive industry;
  • Minimum 5 years of sales eperience and succesful track record with customers;
  • Knowledge in SW development & cyber security;
  • Experience in global projects and global organization;
  • Very good skills in leading people in disciplinary and interdisciplinary collaborations (locally and globally);
  • Open-minded to new technologies and processes;
  • High competence to present the company in front of the customers;
  • High skills in business development, negotiation and program management;
  • Very good skills in building relations with customer;
  • Very good knowledge in English, both in writing and verbally;
  • Italian or other languages is a plus.
