Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Analyst- Release Manager with 6-8 years of experience in software development and 2-3 years in release management and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies and should be comfortable working in an Agile team.

The candidate should have working knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud and other cloud technologies such as EKS, EC2, ELB, and ALB. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of various digital technologies such as NodeJS, Microservices, Rest APIs, SpringBoot, Mobile Technologies, Docker, Oracle Databases, PostgreSQL DB, and Splunk. The candidate should also have knowledge of various technical skills across multiple domains such as Technology, Information, Personal Banking, and Digital Mobile App & Cards Domain. Excellent communication skills are necessary with the ability to influence the organization at multiple levels.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand the existing architecture of Mobile, Backend, Applications, Digital microservices, Infrastructure and Security. They should also be able to comprehend the Processes, Policies, Practices, and Service Line team structures within the organization and its subsidiaries.

Candidate Qualifications

The minimum qualification for this role is a Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or an equivalent degree. Working in the Banking industry is preferred. Additionally, having Agile and project management certifications such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, PMP, Prince 2 will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
