Android Developer

As an Android Developer at Digital Placement, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining applications for diverse Android devices. Working alongside a team of engineers and developers, you will be responsible for translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Additionally, you will provide suggestions on UI design based on prior experience to enhance the user experience. Your focus will be on building and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and reliable Java code, ensuring the best possible performance and quality. You will identify and resolve any bottlenecks or bugs, and contribute to code quality, organization, and automation. We value your ability to collaborate and provide solutions, as well as your expertise in mobile application development at both the user interface and system levels. It is essential that you are highly experienced with Android Architecture Components, have knowledge of multi-threading and memory management specific to mobile devices, and are familiar with RESTful APIs and offline storage. You should also be proficient in MVVM, Clear Architecture, and DI, and have an understanding of Google's Android design principles. Additionally, experience with Firebase and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization would be highly beneficial. If you have experience in developing apps for Banking, Financial, and FinTech experiences in an enterprise environment, it would be a great advantage.
