Job description

Overview:

Wrench Group is seeking an adaptable Marketing Success Manager to join our marketing team in this remote role. This role is crucial in supporting our various locations in crafting effective marketing plans, optimizing budget allocations, tracking and communicating campaign performance and selecting the best channel mixes.  The ideal candidate will work closely in a hands-on approach with marketing leaders to ensure operating expense management, optimization and delivery of a multitude of key performance indicators. They will also engage in special initiatives such as cross-sell, sales recovery, and paid digital campaigns, providing location-specific support and consultation as needed. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, analytically minded and has experience leading with out-of-the-box thinking and solving for changing circumstances.  Gaining trust through collaboration, data and insights, with a keen focus on speed of delivery.  Importantly, they must have a servant leader approach via consultation and support of all aspects of location marketing efforts and will play a pivotal role in achieving business goals.  This person is self-driven and passionate about influencing brands to deliver a positive customer experience.  Approachable, flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

 

Marketing Planning and Execution:

  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that include strategic analyses, budgeting, and channel mix optimization in multiple local market brands.
  • Provide expertise in branding and creative strategy to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand consistency.

 

Budget Management:

  • Help support marketing leaders in allocating marketing budgets efficiently across various channels and initiatives.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize return on investment.

Channel Strategy:

  • Collaborate with Wrench Group Marketing Subject Matter Experts on recommendation and implementation of strategies for multiple marketing channels including TV, radio, out-of-home (OOH), text messaging, email, direct mail, among others.
  • Support digital strategy and execution through both paid and organic media, including programmatic and social. Deliver insights and performance analysis to location marketing leaders and consult on optimization strategies.

 

Performance and Growth:

  • Engage with location marketing managers to help drive growth and meet orexceed set revenue and EBITDA targets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on awareness prospecting campaigns, direct response efforts, and bottom-of-funnel marketing strategies.

 

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with Wrench Group Marketing teammates and location leadership to implement best practices and innovative marketing solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice implementation across all locations.
  • A key part of this role will be helping individual locations to work with any agency partners to maximize results for performance, business alignment and execution.
  • Engage in special initiatives to support locations needs.
  • Provide location-specific support as needed to address unique challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:

Do I have What It Takes?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 7+ years of well-rounded experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of successful marketing strategy development, brand management and execution.
  • Experience working with multiple business units or supporting affiliate business structures
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, including digital and traditional media.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to simultaneously project manage numerous deliverables across multiple brand locations with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders, gaining trust and buy in.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and understand financial statements.
  • Experience in the home services industry is a plus, including working knowledge of Service Titan.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • Positive thought leader who is not afraid to get hands on to support the business while always proactively driving the larger strategy for the organization forward.
