Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist sources, screens, and hires non-clinician staff. The Talent Acquisition Specialist develops relationships with managers to determine open needs, successful placements, and identifies additional business opportunities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building a network of qualified candidates, evaluating skills in relation to the position requirements, negotiating compensation, and overseeing the completion of onboarding requirements.Location: Remote

Salary Range:
$51,638.00 - $95,530.00Salary may be determined on several factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographical location and requirements stated in job description.
