About the Job:
We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a challenging experience-based internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Are you passionate about technology and looking to make your mark in the industry? Come join our dynamic team as we push the boundaries and create a game changer in the world of AI. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will be contributing talent acquisition engagement efforts This is designed largely as a remote placement however can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement/applied learning internship you’ll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and largely different from any other internship. It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great compliment to your academic investment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
About You:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's level university program specific to Human Resources like a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) or MBA with a focus on HR.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and strong accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute in a team environment ultimately driving success within Human Resource efforts.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
- Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
