is a recruiting company with extensive and successful experience in the selection of specialists and top managers in various business areas.


Functional Responsibilities:

Fulfillment of recruitment plan (4 to 8 vacancies, depending on the level of complexity of the position);

Market analysis and search for new candidates, preliminary telephone screening and interviewing;

Interaction with the hiring manager: helping to create a quality process, building trusting communications, gathering requirements, conducting a detailed briefing so that for each vacancy there is a clear answer - why this particular candidate should work in this particular position;

Working with reporting, analytics, recruitment funnel, influencing process improvements;

Conducting final negotiations, agreeing terms of employment with candidates, preparing job offer, working with counter offers if necessary.
