Job Overview
TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media.
The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

PRIMARY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate complex interview schedules (via phone, video conference and in-person) often across multiple sites and time zones. Offer high-touch support and communication to key stakeholders, including candidates and hiring managers, throughout the hiring process.
• Initiate and track pre-employment requirements with the support of the HR Services team and respective HR Partners to ensure all new hire onboarding requirements are completed prior to start. Ensure compliance with all new hire tracking and record-keeping policies.
• Support TA Operations Center and recruiting teams with special assignments/projects to support business needs (including university relations, veteran recruitment, and career fairs).
• Participate in creating and maintaining metrics for TA Operations Center.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma and equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an HR role (e.g. Recruiter, HR/Recruiting Coordinator/Assistant, HR Contact Center, HR Generalist, etc.)
• Highly proficient computer skills (Office 365 & MS Office programs)
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors preferred.)
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish & English language oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Portuguese a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global and matrix environment. Previous experience working for an Industrial Technology and Manufacturing organization preferred.
• Teamwork oriented, self-directed with a high level of initiative and strong work ethic.
• Robust problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail oriented and results driven.
• Quick learner and adaptive to change.
• Previous experience working for an Industrial Technology and Manufacturing organization preferred.
