Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (Amazon PPC) to manage and optimize client relationships, ensuring brands thrive on Amazon. This role requires a data-driven approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. You will act as the main liaison between clients and our internal PPC teams, helping brands scale through strategic Amazon advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with brands and act as a trusted advisor on their Amazon advertising strategy
  • Communicate PPC performance insights, trends, and recommendations clearly and effectively
  • Manage client expectations and provide proactive recommendations to improve their Amazon presence
  • Work closely with internal PPC teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies and client objectives
Amazon PPC Strategy & Optimization
  • Guide brands to success through strategic Amazon advertising campaigns
  • Analyze Amazon Business Reports, Advertising Reports, and other relevant data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Oversee advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance as needed
  • Utilize tools such as Helium10, DataDive, and Brand Analytics to drive data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align Amazon PPC efforts with broader brand strategies
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, audience engagement, and campaign ROI
  • Leverage insights to optimize brand visibility and customer interactions
  • Present performance reports and actionable insights to clients regularly

Requirements

  • Experience with Amazon PPC – worked as an Amazon PPC Manager, Brand Manager, or at an Amazon advertising agency
  • Strong analytical abilities and ability to interpret Amazon data
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets, Google Data Studio, and Amazon Advertising tools
  • Experience with Amazon seller tools such as Helium10, DataDive, and Brand Analytics
  • Business-savvy with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Experience leading marketing efforts and optimizing brand positioning strategies is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
