  • Accurately document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Offer insightful feedback and suggestions to optimize processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English is required.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not essential.
