Job description

Are you a seasoned recruiter with a knack for sourcing onshore talent across the U.S., Australia, Canada, or Europe? We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist who’s intuitive, has top-notch English communication skills, and brings at least five years of industry experience. If you're experienced in an agency environment and seeking stability, have high attention to detail, and can operate independently in a fast-paced, remote role, this opportunity could be your perfect fit.

About the Role: As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll drive the candidate management lifecycle—from sourcing, selection, and assessment to pre-employment screening and beyond. This role is ideal for someone resilient, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a work-from-home setup free from noise and distractions. Your schedule will align with Sydney hours, running from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client briefing sessions and document hiring briefs for internal and client reviews.
  • Draft ad copy and position descriptions for sign-off, and post ads on agreed job boards.
  • Engage in passive sourcing across multiple channels (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn).
  • Develop social recruitment content and manage posts on Talent Right’s channels.
  • Screen applicants and conduct initial candidate interviews, providing shortlist notes.
  • Schedule client interviews and conduct pre-employment screening for candidates.
  • Offer verbal feedback to unsuccessful candidates and manage timely processing of all applicants.
  • Send weekly progress reports to clients and attend regular training sessions.

Requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Qualifications: Intensive interviewing and sourcing experience in 360-degree full-cycle recruitment. Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new technology.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, agility, and attention to detail. Must be proactive, target-driven, and a natural problem-solver with excellent customer service.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in recruitment, with a focus on candidate management and sourcing within ANZ or comparable regions.
