Job Description:
The TOPEPI Recruitment Division has an exciting opportunity to join their growing team as a Recruitment Consultant! This position offers the opportunity to work 100% from home.
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Reports To: CEO / Manager of Recruiting Division
Location: Working Remote (for Canadian Clients)
 Job Overview:
The role of 360 Recruiter consists of business development, account management, and recruitment responsibilities. This will include consistent interaction with clients and candidates throughout the full-cycle recruitment process. The 360 Recruiter will be required to work both independently and in a team environment.
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment:
o  Full-cycle recruitment for temporary and permanent job orders.
o  Posting jobs on a variety of job boards and social media.
o  Finding creative ways to source candidates.
o  Interviewing candidates for both permanent and temporary positions.
o  Coordinating client and candidate interviews, along with preparing and coaching candidates for the screening process.
o  Conduct reference and background checks.
 Sales/Account Management:
o  Selling all TOPEPI Human Resource / Recruitment services (B2B sales).
o  Making daily calls to clients and prospects regarding recruitment leads
o  Attending sales meetings with clients and prospects (Not for WFH)
o  Consistently working to retrieve leads for potential business
o  Negotiating fees, salaries, and employment packages
o  Maintaining strong client relationships and representing TOPEPI with integrity
Other:
o  Managing and utilizing the Recruitment Tracking Sheet to track recruitment activity
o  Training new/junior staff on various aspects of the job
o  Serving as a point of contact for administrative support staff as needed
o  Other related administrative duties
 Job Requirements:
o  University degree or college diploma in a related field, such as HR, Business Administration, etc.
o  A minimum of 1-year related experience within a recruitment and sales role
o  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
o  Strong and genuine self-drive and resilience
o  Ability to multitask
o  Strong computer skills and knowledge of social media
o  Extremely team-oriented
