Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time


Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage inbound sales calls and emails, engage with potential customers, and contribute to our company’s growth by converting leads into loyal customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive sales approach.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage inbound sales calls and emails to ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Assess potential customers' needs, offering tailored solutions through our products or services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively converting leads into customers.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring post-sale satisfaction and addressing concerns as needed.
  • Conduct follow-up with customers to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Schedule and conduct demo calls to introduce our offerings to potential leads, answering their questions and showcasing product benefits.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and effective sales techniques to improve performance.


Requirements
  • Experience managing inbound sales calls, emails, and customer engagement.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for creating reports and managing data is a plus.
  • Experience with Apollo.io and Slack platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Close CRM or similar systems, with the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms.
  • Must have access to Microsoft Office products (the company will not provide an Office subscription).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks.


Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in a sales development or customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
