Job Requirements:

  • Real Estate Experience: Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in real estate lead generation or sales, with proven ability to identify and qualify potential property leads. 
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities to engage property owners effectively, build trust, and encourage open dialogue. 
  • CRM Proficiency: Experienced in using CRM systems to manage lead pipelines, track communications, and document information consistently and accurately. 
  • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet or exceed lead generation targets and contribute to overall team success. 
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously, prioritize follow-ups, and maintain detailed records. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiar with real estate market trends, property valuation basics, and key aspects of property acquisition processes, with a commitment to continuous learning in the industry.

Core responsibilities:

  • Property Research & Targeting: Conduct research to identify property owners and potential leads within targeted areas, focusing on identifying suitable residential and commercial properties for purchase. 
  • Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to property owners to discuss potential interest in selling, clearly communicating the benefits of working with our team and addressing any preliminary inquiries.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on property condition, ownership status, and owner willingness to discuss a sale, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded. 
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, conducting follow-ups as needed to nurture leads and stay top-of-mind when theyre ready to sell.
  • Data Management: Input lead data into CRM and update records regularly, tracking all call interactions, lead progress, and follow-up requirements to maintain organized, up-to-date contact lists. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor lead generation metrics and provide insights into call effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and market trends, contributing to process improvements and lead strategy adjustments.
