About us: Boosted CRM has worked closely with customers on Zoho integrations and customization since 2013. Mark Fahimi, a Zoho Premium Partner and a Zoho Advanced Solution Provider.
Eligibility Criteria: 3– 4 years of experience as a Zoho consultant. Successful track record of implementing CRM solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in the Zoho Platform is a must.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To be Available to collaborate with the team daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST.
Work directly with Boosted CRM clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions.
Designed and developed custom Zoho solutions to meet client needs, utilising various Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator, and others.
Develop detailed technical specifications and system architecture for Zoho implementations.
Customize and configure Zoho applications to match client requirements.
Lead and oversee the implementation process, ensuring the successful deployment of Zoho solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
Conduct thorough unit testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and performance of Zoho solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs that arise during the implementation or post-implementation phases.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho updates, features, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Train end-users on how to utilize Zoho solutions effectively and provide ongoing support as needed.
Keep the latest notes and our Miro diagrams up to date after each client meeting.
Part-Time Account Manager to log 2 hours per day = 10 per week = 40 hours per month
Clarify requirements and determine the invoiced amount, including down payment/deposit and payment instalments. Be aware of Project Finance and Scope
Conduct client meetings and provide demos, focusing on sprint design.
Keep records of all meetings, both internal and external, by starting the recording on Google Meet.
Schedule internal meetings before each demo to ensure effective communication and planning.
Understand tasks discussed in meetings and take comprehensive notes using the Miro Template. Prepare a summary of the meeting for all attendees.
Manage all documents and consolidate them into a few key files, such as delivery and collaboration/progress documents.
Prepare tasks for developers using ZP (internal task management system)
Always update/add log hours for every task completed everyday and the same thing with all internal and external meetings make sure to log hours as well.
Ensure that all new requirements are first added as tasks in the backlog.
Maintain regular communication with developers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Deliver completed tasks to the client through various means, such as email, demos, or video presentations, accompanied by appropriate delivery documentation. Screenshots with red markings on them are very helpful and as loom videos. https://prnt.sc/UbwYCin53y1q
Monitor the project budget, including hours worked and total time spent.
Notify Mark and the client if the paid time exceeds the time utilised.
Estimate rough hours for the future task and if necessary, inform Mark or the project manager to communicate with the client regarding additional out-of-scope time. Add anything they ask that is out of scope in the backlog and let the client know that this has been added to the backlog)
Approve or reject timesheets submitted by team members.
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project duration.
Continuously assess the project scope and promptly notify relevant parties of any changes or additions that should be included in the backlog.
Log time for both internal and external meetings accurately.
Assist in creating YouTube videos related to the project, if required.
Contribute to the creation of case studies or assist as needed.
Ensure that executed tasks align with the project scope and do not exceed the defined boundaries based on the invoice.
Assist the pre-sales and onboarding team by providing a comprehensive list of requirements for preparing proposals, roadmaps, and discovery offers.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Zoho Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong track record of successful Zoho implementations.
In-depth knowledge of the Zoho suite of applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator, and others.
Strong understanding of CRM and business process automation concepts.
Proficient in customising and configuring Zoho applications to meet specific business requirements.
Experience with integrating Zoho applications with other third-party systems using APIs and webhooks.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Zoho certifications, such as Zoho Certified Solution Developer or Zoho Certified Consultant, are highly desirable.
