This is a remote position.
Your Area of Responsibility:
· Generate qualified lead through outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails) within the assigned territories to generate pipeline
· Understand the company offering & appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position
· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
· Understand prospects needs and requirements
· Respond to prospects requests for more information on our offering
· Record daily sales activities in Hubspot CRM to track interactions with prospects and customers and opportunity description to the stakeholder
· Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
· Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory (could be US, EU, India, SEA)
What we’re looking for:
· Proven 1-2 years sales development experience
· Willing to make dozens of outbound cold calls each day
· Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
· High level of integrity and work ethic
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day
· Experience working on a CRM
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Bachelor of Engineering preferred
· Prior experience in supply chain management or transportation and logistics preferred
