PaySupp is B2B fintech platform that digitizes payouts, collection and financing for SME’s in a single platform.  We empower Corporates to embed financing into their value chains and enable SME’s to digitize their access to finance and banking services.   We are licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt and we partner with Financial Institutions to enable digital lending through our Platform.   


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The person will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with our team to develop and execute sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will also need to be able to manage client relationships and handle inquiries related to our trade finance solutions.

  • Driving Revenue growth by onboarding new clients, maintaining & increasing the utilization of existing clients. 
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. 
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. 
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. 
  • Developing quotes and sales proposals for clients. 


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Min 2 years’ experience in SME relationship management at a bank or non-bank financial institution or related field. 
  • Understanding of supply chain finance and factoring 
  • Credit Course or similar certificate is highly preferable. 
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency. 
  • Experience with CRM software 
  • Fluent in English language is highly preferable.
