What You’ll Do:

As a Healthcare Recruiter at MBS, you’ll perform end to end recruitment duties, focusing on sourcing and placing top healthcare talent with our clients. You will be the pivotal link in identifying, securing, and placing Healthcare talent to meet our clients needs

  • UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS + Performance Bonuses. You get paid for the impact you make!

  • Base Salary: $26,000-$30,000 (discussed during screening)
  • Earning Ability:
    • Entry Level Performer (0-12 placements) - $26K-$49K
    • Mid Level Performer (12-24 placements) - $49K-$79K
    • Over Achiever (24-36 placements) - $79K-$118K
    • Top Performer (36-42 placements) - $118K-$142K
    • Elite Performer (42-48 placements) - $142k-$170K
    • Off The Charts (48+ placements) - $170K+++
  • While medical, 401k, or additional benefits are not included, the financial upside of uncapped commissions makes this role an exciting opportunity for high achievers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Healthcare Recruitment: From sourcing to submitting, ensuring that candidates are a strong cultural and technical fit for our Healthcare clients in the commercial sectors.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative healthcare recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent in Healthcare, leveraging online resources, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain Healthcare candidate pipelines, ensuring regular communication and relationship management throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Collaboration: Partner with clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand unique talent needs, providing expert advice on the recruitment process, particularly in navigating the complexities of the healthcare talent space.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize recruiting data to provide insightful updates on staffing progress and hiring results, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Workplace Culture: Contribute to a collaborative and high performance focused culture, working cross-functionally to ensure that all recruitment activities align with our core values and strategic objectives.
 

Required Qualifications: (Must Have’s)

  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in a recruiting agency/firm, managing contingent and retained searches for multiple clients specifically in the Healthcare Industry.
    • 3+ years in a base-plus-commission/bonus recruiting role.
    • 3+ years recruiting across healthcare verticals, including:
      • Hospitals & Healthcare Systems
      • Allied Health Professionals
      • Long-Term Care & Skilled Nursing Facilities
      • Mental Health & Behavioral Health Services
      • Healthcare IT & Health Informatics
      • Public Health & Government Health Agencies
      • Reproductive Health Services
      • Dental Care & Oral Health
    • A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented positive approach with a strong work ethic, able to manage competing priorities effectively.
    • Actively uses social media to source, recruit, showcase job opportunities, and build brand awareness to cultivate relationships digitally.
 

Core Skills & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Engagement:
    • Proven ability to source, contact, and engage with 300+ healthcare candidates daily via cold calls, texts, emails, LinkedIn, and outreach messages to showcase our clients career opportunities.
    • Exceptional sourcing skills using Boolean search methodology and in leveraging tools like SeekOut, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
  • Performance:
    • Consistently exceed weekly targets: 12-15 candidate screens and 5-7 candidate submissions to clients.
    • Track record of success in fast-paced, competitive recruitment agency settings.
  • Communication & Management:
    • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
    • Confident in client interactions (intake calls, bi-weekly updates, etc.).
    • Provide regular reporting and analytics on recruiting metrics for weekly management meetings.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in Google Suite applications.

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Comfortable with daily virtual, on-camera meetings (business casual attire required).
  • An understanding of start ups or entrepreneurial settings is a plus.



 

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience recruiting Cleared Tech/GovCon professionals, particularly within IT, with a focus on candidates holding security clearances such as TS, TS/SCI, +CI Poly, and +FSP.
  • 3+ years in a recruiting agency/firm, managing contingent and retained searches for multiple clients specifically in the GOVCON/ TECH/ IT/ DOD Industry.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, OFCCP, and EEO regulations.
 

Work Setting & Physical Requirements:

  • Standard business hours, Monday through Friday (EST), with flexibility for various time zones.
  • This is a fully remote position.
  • The role requires extended periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, participating in video calls, and communicating over the phone.
  • Regular video conferences are part of the role, where business casual attire and a professional appearance are expected.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace are essential.
