Job Title: Salesforce Omnistudio Developer.
Type : Fulltime
Mode : Remote(PAN INDIA)
Notice Period : 15days

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Salesforce Omnistudio, along with strong leadership and mentorship abilities. As the Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting solutions, and driving the successful delivery of Salesforce Omnistudio projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce Omnistudio projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements, define technical solutions, and establish project timelines and deliverables.
  • Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce Omnistudio solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients and align with industry best practices and standards.
  • Design and develop custom Salesforce Omnistudio applications, components, integrations, and automation solutions to address business requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA testers, business analysts, and system administrators to ensure the reliability, stability, and quality of developed solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, tools, and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Salesforce Omnistudio.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Lightning Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and platform capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
