Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Supply Chain and Operations Finance Director leads the financial aspects of our supply chain and operations strategy, inclusive of multi-year planning, annual planning and transformational cost savings, and optimization initiatives. The person in this role is a key member of the Supply Chain and Finance Leadership Teams. S(he) will lead a team responsible for reporting, analysis, and decision-support processes across our supply chain and operations functions. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to optimize financial performance, improve operational efficiency, evaluate capital returns, and drive cost-saving initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of both supply chain and operations management financial principles, along with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for business growth and profitability.

Direct reports: 3 Exempt (Senior Manager Operations, Manager Supply Chain, Manager Product Costing and Analytics); Additional team members 3 Exempt include Plant Controller and Senior Financial Analysts (2)

Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA or other advanced degree preferred).
