Job description

Creative Strategist (Contractor) – Growth Marketing

We are looking for a Creative Strategist contractor to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Lead of Ad Creative Strategy and working alongside three other Creative Strategists. This role will focus on executing iterative creative briefs, managing handoffs, and analyzing performance across online channels, including social, display, native, mobile, and search.
 
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and familiar with key marketing KPIs, including CPA. You will collaborate closely with our in-house creative team and channel teams to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and optimized for performance.
 
You Will:
  • Own brief writing, creative reviews, and handoffs for iterative creative.
  • Analyze creative performance data using Google Sheets pivot tables and extract key insights to present to the Creative Strategy Team Lead.
  • Partner with other Creative Strategists to prioritize high-impact creative testing across channels.
  • Work with project managers to ensure timely execution of creative assets.
 
You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • A solid understanding of paid marketing creative best practices.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify data-driven insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with sharp attention to detail and organization.
  • A flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A direct and clear communication style.
 
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience managing paid media channels.
  • Background in B2B marketing, especially SaaS.
