Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Journalism, or related field (Masters preferred).
3+ years in communications, content strategy, or creative direction (preferably in healthcare or behavioral health).
Proven ability to create audience-driven messaging and multi-channel campaigns.
Expertise in audience psychology and data-driven strategy.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Experience in behavioral health or healthcare marketing.
