We are seeking a Communication Strategist to join our Marketing & Creative team. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Journalism, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 3+ years in communications, content strategy, or creative direction (preferably in healthcare or behavioral health).
  • Proven ability to create audience-driven messaging and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Expertise in audience psychology and data-driven strategy.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Experience in behavioral health or healthcare marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content strategies for print, web, advertising, and presentations.
  • Ensure consistency with branding across all channels.
  • Conduct audience research to understand client and stakeholder needs.
  • Use data to refine messaging and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling copy for various platforms.
  • Guide creative teams to align designs with marketing goals.
  • Set and track KPIs for campaign performance.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and enhance strategies.
  • Mentor content creators and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when necessary.
  • Develop press releases and public-facing materials.
  • Lead crisis communications to maintain brand integrity.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
