Overview:How you can make a difference
The Manager, Talent Acquisition leads recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate and hire top talent. This role will partner with business leaders, People Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to understand the talent needs across the organization and work collaboratively to provide effective solutions. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and mentor a team of Talent Partners and Recruiting Coordinators, ensuring alignment with company goals and are equipped with the tools and skills to succeed. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring experience that supports the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Salary Range: $104500.00 To $167500.00 / year Benefits & Perks:The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
