The Role:  
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our India-based recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume hiring and will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective retention strategies to ensure long-term employee satisfaction and engagement.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, and campus recruitment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job specifications, and create compelling job postings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Work closely with Director/Sr. Manager of HR and management to develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving employee retention and engagement.
  • Analyze recruitment and retention metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improve processes; provide regular reports to senior management.
  • updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure adherence to all recruitment policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and employee retention strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
