Why Attentive needs youAs the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for defining and executing a best-in-class hiring strategy that aligns with our company’s ambitious growth goals. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead our global Talent Acquisition function, ensuring we attract top talent across all business areas while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. In this role, you will:
Define and Drive the Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop a forward-looking hiring strategy that supports Attentive’s growth while ensuring we remain competitive in the market. Balance speed, quality, and efficiency in our hiring approach.Lead and Develop a High-Performing Recruiting Team: Mentor and scale a team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. Ensure the team is equipped to support hiring across all levels, including executive recruitmentPartner with Business Leaders on Workforce Planning: Collaborate closely with executives and hiring managers to align hiring plans with business objectives, ensuring we are proactively identifying and addressing talent needsScale and Optimize Recruiting Operations: Implement data-driven processes, tools, and metrics to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure that our approach to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring is structured, repeatable, and continuously improvingLeverage Data to Drive Decisions: Use data and insights to influence hiring strategies, track performance, and refine talent acquisition practices. Develop dashboards and reporting structures that help measure recruiting impactEnhance Employer Brand and Candidate Experience: Work with partners across Marketing and the People Team to position Attentive as an employer of choice. Develop strategies that elevate our brand in the talent market and create a seamless, engaging candidate experienceEnsure Cross-Functional Alignment Across the People Team: Build strong partnerships with People Business Partners, Talent Management, Compensation, and Employee Experience to ensure a seamless and consistent experience across the entire employee lifecycle. This includes aligning processes, sharing insights, and driving a cohesive strategy that supports both hiring and long-term talent developmentAbout youYou are an innovative and strategic talent leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You bring:
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 7 years of people leadership experience, bringing a proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruiting teamsExpertise in scaling recruiting functions, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology companyStrong business acumen, with the ability to align talent acquisition strategies to broader business goalsExceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop recruiters at all levelsA data-driven mindset, using analytics to measure recruiting success and refine strategiesDeep knowledge of hiring best practices, including sourcing strategies, employer branding, interview design, and candidate experienceExecutive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managersYou'll get competitive
