Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We're seeking a passionate and driven individual with 6+ months of BDR or SDR experience (or general sales) to join our collaborative, energetic SDR team. This role will begin as an outbound SDR with a clear career path to becoming an Account Executive.
What you will sell: Interplay’s career development platform uses 3D simulations and VR to teach skilled trades such as HVAC, Commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Multi-family Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, Crane & Rigging, Safety and Solar.
We are based in Austin, TX but open to 100% remote candidates.

What You’ll Do
Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Qualification: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospects' needs and qualify them as potential customers.
Appointment Setting: Schedule product demos and meetings for Account Executives with qualified leads.
Pipeline Management: Maintain Salesforce accuracy and manage leads through the sales pipeline stages.
Participate in special projects and assignments to contribute to team success
Who You Are
Prospecting Expert: Experience and interest in phone and email prospecting, with a knack for building rapport quickly.

Requirements
6+ months business development or sales experience
SaaS sales experience preferred
