We are looking for a Compliance Manager, Remote (m/f/d) for the Bruker Biospin Group, within the Bruker Corporation.
The position requires periodic traveling (2-3 times per year) to one of our Bruker offices in Europe.
Responsibilities
Support compliance measures of the Bruker BioSpin Group in accordance with the requirements of our global Bruker Ethics & Compliance program
Support the annual compliance risk assessments with focus on ethical conduct, anti-corruption and fair competition
Support in the implementation of compliance policies and guidelines, including optimization of internal company procedures and processes
Review of compliance-relevant business transactions and contracts for anti-corruption risks
Support of business partner due diligence and assessment of red flags
Organize and conduct compliance trainings
Create tailored compliance communications for various stakeholders
Conduct compliance monitoring reviews
Support compliance due diligence during mergers & acquisitions and facilitate post-merger integration into Bruker’s Compliance program
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on business studies, law or a similar field
Several years (3-5 years) of relevant professional experience in the field of ethics & compliance in an international, industrial company (preferably in the medical technology sector)
High level of personal integrity, value orientation and trustworthiness
Assertiveness, independent thinking, structured and analytical approach
Experience in project management
Independent working style
Very good presentation and communication skills as well as experience in independently conducting compliance training
Fluent in English, minimum intermediate level in German; French or other European languages are an advantage
Travel: up to 10%
