Job description

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing regional client relationships and business retention & growth for Patient Safety Solutions (PSS). Oversee domestic project allocation, staff development, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Ensure timely and accurate adverse event (AE) processing and reporting to clients and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client relationships in Americas, provide project leadership, provide strategic consultation, etc.
  • Oversee project setup, budget adherence, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead safety risk management, compliance, and AE reporting processes.
  • Support business development through client presentations and proposal input.
  • Monitor performance metrics, quality control, and corrective actions (CAPAs).
  • Contribute to SOP/WI review, regulatory submissions, and pharmacovigilance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and IT.
  • Lead recruitment, resource planning, and team development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s (8+ yrs), Master’s (6+ yrs), PharmD (4+ yrs), or RN (10+ yrs) with relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years in safety/AE processing and 4+ years in project/line management.
  • Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements, GCP and GVP.
  • Experience in client management/ project management, risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Other Details:

  • Office or remote-based; 15-20% travel required.
  • Must be located in EST or CDT in US

Pay Range:  $140,000 - 160,000/annual
