About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial & Portfolio Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting our lending and investment activities through detailed financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, and fund modeling. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial modeling, portfolio assessment, and structured finance, ensuring that our investment decisions are data-driven and strategic.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain fund portfolio reports and track record analyses to evaluate lending activities.
  • Conduct detailed loan-level and portfolio-wide performance analyses, including return analysis (IRR/ROI), repayment trends, and risk assessments.
  • Perform loan-level projections and scenario modeling to assess portfolio resilience and returns.
  • Build and maintain portfolio monitoring tools and dashboards to track performance across funds and lending vehicles.
  • Create and manage fund models to project returns, cash flows, and capital deployment for lending vehicles.
  • Prepare periodic portfolio reports for internal and external stakeholders, offering insights into fund performance and credit exposure.
  • Conduct financial analysis for potential loan transactions, including pro forma analyses, sensitivity testing, and risk-adjusted return assessments.
  • Evaluate borrower financials, repayment capacity, and collateral structures to inform underwriting decisions.
  • Assist in structuring lending transactions by modeling various financing scenarios and capital structures.


Requirements

  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is a must.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, or similar role with a strong track record in financial modeling and portfolio management.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, fund modeling, and credit risk assessment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience working with private credit, structured finance, or impact lending.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into meaningful insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.
