Mogul Chix® was founded with the benefit of a founder who has 20+ years of experience in the entrepreneurship, business growth & scale and Talent Acquisition & Management space. We are looking to expand our team, and scale up our offerings to help women through consulting and advisory services.
We offer Business Growth Advisory, CEO Coaching, Revenue Strategy, Talent Acquisition Services, HR management, Operations Streamlining, Technology Upgrades, and Customer Experience Consulting. We've gotten off to a great start and have our eyes firmly on the near-term future, but now it's time to 10X our own growth. We're looking to expand our reach nationally and internationally. Our focus is on helping growth companies nail their hiring processes, build awesome teams, implement new time saving, work enhancing processes, find new revenue, streamline their operations, and boost their customer experience in the process.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic New Accounts Specialist to help us expand our clientele. We're looking for a Sales Ninja who can work as a right hand to the CEO and eventually build out their own Sales Team. You will be the introductory face of the company and will have to have the dedication to create and apply an effective B2B sales strategy that compels clients to want to close the deal. In short, make them offers they can't say "no" to. The goal for this role is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. This position reports directly to the CEO.
The position starts as a contract role but has the potential to become a full time position. This is a Commission based position to start (40%) for three months, then base plus 20% commission after three months.
**This position is entirely remote with no plans to work from an office. So location is unimportant, as long as you reside in the US.**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a growth strategy along with the CEO focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction (think win-win-win)
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for one or more of our business services
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Nurture and close sales with new clients
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc via CRM.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support as needed
- Collaborate with Account Manager to ensure smooth hand-off
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Ability to meet KPIs and OKRs as established by the CEO
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication skills, with strong English proficiency (non-negotiable)
- Ability to close a minimum of 5 new clients per month
- Proven working experience as a business development, account manager, sales executive or a relevant role working with B2B professional services products. Software sales experience is not applicable for this role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer experience/relationship journey
- Experience working with service based clients whose gross annual revenue is minimum $1 million to multi-millions (tech or product sales not applicable in this case)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to make clients feel at ease when making purchasing decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Linked In Navigator preferred)
- Spanish speaking a huge plus
- Experience in Business Growth, Customer Experience, Operations, Revenue, Talent Acquisition/HR Consulting knowledge is strongly preferred.

- BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field helpful, but not required
