Role: Veeva CRM and Salesforce

Work Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Design and document scalable and sustainable solutions using Veeva CRM and Salesforce.

2. Customization: Develop and implement custom solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex code, to extend the functionality of Veeva CRM and Salesforce.

3. Integration: Integrate Veeva CRM and Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and seamless information flow.

4. Data Management: Implement data migration strategies and perform data cleansing, transformation, and data loading activities.

5. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, data models, and configuration guides.

6. Training: Deliver training sessions to end-users and administrators to ensure they can effectively use and maintain the Veeva CRM and Salesforce solutions.

7. Best Practices: Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and the life sciences industry.

Technical Consulting:

• Client-facing abilities are essential.

• The selected candidate will collaborate closely with a Senior Business Analyst.

• The role involves working directly with the client.

• Responsibilities include conducting workshop sessions and interviewing client stakeholders.

• Interaction with client-side technology experts is a key aspect of the position.

• Strong communication skills are a must.

Minimum qualifications and technical skills:

• Certified Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are highly desirable.

• Strong technical proficiency in Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and related technologies.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing Veeva CRM and Salesforce solutions.

• Solid understanding of the life sciences industry and compliance requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Project management experience is a plus.
