Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Deputy Chief Marketing Officer (Deputy CMO) to drive growth through a robust channel sales model. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, performance marketing, and brand building, with a strong focus on demand generation and ecosystem collaboration.
Our target audience is a diverse mix of B2B, B2C, and B2G markets, including schools, higher education institutions, corporate education programs, and research organizations.
What You’ll Do:
· Drive GTM Strategy & Execution: Partner with the CMO to develop and launch powerful go-to-market strategies for new products, leveraging channel sales and strategic partnerships in the education and research ecosystem.
· Lead Demand Generation: Design and execute high-impact multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting B2B, B2C, and B2G segments—including educational institutions, corporate training programs, and government organizations.
· Master Performance & Organic Marketing: Oversee SEO, content marketing, and performance advertising through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Gartner, Capterra, and organic growth channels—leveraging HubSpot for automation and CRM.
· Elevate Brand, Media & PR: Strengthen Constructor.tech’s brand authority by leading media outreach, PR campaigns, and strategic event participation—positioning us as a thought leader in EdTech and research innovation.
· Foster Community & Ecosystem Growth: Build and engage communities within the education and research sectors while forming key partnerships in the broader EdTech ecosystem to unlock joint marketing opportunities.
· Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, balancing internal talent and external agencies/freelancers to execute impactful campaigns.
What You Bring:
· 8+ years of marketing leadership experience in EdTech, SaaS, or enterprise technology, with a strong international focus.
· Proven expertise in GTM strategy, performance marketing, and demand generation that delivers real business impact.
· Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, and video content marketing strategies.
· A deep understanding of AI-driven marketing and its role in shaping product positioning and customer engagement.
· Experience in community building and ecosystem partnerships to drive brand influence and industry collaboration.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills—with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
