Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Transvault Migration Specialist to manage email archive migrations using Transvault solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in email archiving, migration strategies, troubleshooting, and data integrity management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor email archive migrations using Transvault.
• Assess customer environments and recommend migration strategies.
• Configure and optimize Transvault software for seamless data transfer.
• Troubleshoot migration issues related to Exchange, Office 365, Enterprise Vault, and other email archives.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the migration process.
• Work closely with IT teams to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Provide post-migration support and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in email archive migrations.
• Hands-on experience with Transvault Migrator and other migration tools.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Enterprise Vault, and cloud email platforms.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Transvault certification (if available).
• Experience with cloud-based migration tools.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, M365 security & compliance policies.
