Job description

The role

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Enterprise Account Executive with experience selling technology and/or SaaS solutions to large enterprise orgs and closing six-figure deals with ease. You will be responsible for our future growth and driving the positioning of our current and new products, such as our Voice Assist. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset in running their book of business, and consistently go above and beyond on your quarterly targets.

Your expertise, passion and hustle will guide customers to understand the value-proposition of our product offerings and you will be a key stakeholder in shaping the future of voice-driven customer interactions. This role will be based in the US East Coast or in the UK and candidates need to be located in one of the locations.

In your first month, you will:
  • Meet with all department leaders to get an understanding of each part of Mavenoid and how we work together
  • Understand our ICP
  • Learn our core competency and competitive differentiation
  • Learn general product capabilities & uniqueness of solution

  • In your first three months, you will:
  • Be able to diagnose customer symptoms, and prescribe solutions
  • Mastery of sales process & internal/external stakeholder involvement
  • Start owning entire sales cycles for some of our biggest prospects
  • Be able to create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

  • In your first six months, you will:
  • Be an expert of our product to be able to educate prospects and customers on the value of Mavenoid
  • Own the full sales cycle, from first outbound to launch
  • Generate a comfortable pipeline buffer

  • Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing, and renewals
  • Navigate complex organizations to identify and build relationships with executive sponsors and champions
  • Improve the ratio of SAOs to Closed Deals by customizing the sales cycle to each opportunity
  • Mastery of value propositions & competitive differentiation.
  • Constantly improve the Mavenoid way of selling with the goal of ultimately cut down the total sales cycle.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers to make sure we stay true to our ICP and buyer personas while curiously seeking potential new industries and stakeholders.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met through pre-sale process and exemplifying value.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure that a signed deal converts from a pilot project to a commercial agreement.
  • Engage with Product to stay on top of new product releases and partner with colleagues to create amazing sales collateral to convey our offering.

  • Qualifications
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of closing experience.
  • You have a successful track record in B2B enterprise sales at a SaaS startup.
  • You have experience selling AI Customer Support Automation
  • You are a master at stakeholder management & driving a methodical sales process
  • You're collegial. You play well with others and strive to do what is best for the company even if it’s not in your own best interest.
  • You’re intellectually curious and honest.
