• Lead and manage research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives
  
• Develop project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
  
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, scientists, and partners
  
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or roadblocks that may arise
  
• Ensure effective communication and regular updates to all project stakeholders
  
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources efficiently
  
• Facilitate the collection, analysis, and interpretation of research data
  
• Prepare and present project status reports and presentations to management and stakeholders
  
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the research team
  
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in research project management
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus)
  
• Proven experience as a Research Project Manager or in a similar project management role
  
• Strong understanding of research methodologies, data collection, and analysis
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
  
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
  
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  
• Familiarity with ethical considerations in research projects
