SafePaaS is looking to hire a Technical Project Manager to liaise between Customers and the SafePaaS team to deliver high quality results while maintaining customer satisfaction. The best candidates will be highly motivated, results-driven, and possess a competitive work drive.


PM Job Responsibilities


  • Ensure the completion of successful projects – utilizing “best effort”
  • Perform the role of a Project Manager, and Consultant
  • Manage and maintain project and task assignments.
  • Work with Project Management Office and Scheduler to determine how many resources are needed and length of time necessary to complete work.
  • Responsible for project delivery goals and objectives.
  • Develop project plans that will deliver the business and technology solutions proposed to our customers.
  • Resolve project team issues, and documents problem resolution.
  • Schedule resources assigned to the project (allocates tasks, resolves scheduling conflicts)
  • Manage and perform ERP assessment and configurations duties as required by SafePaaS clients.
  • Analyze User Roles and Responsibilities by reviewing security configuration and profile options using SafePaaS ERP risk assessment tools.
  • Conduct meetings with client’s ERP administrators and business users to identify security, segregation of duty and data privacy risks
  • Utilize SafePaaS Access Risk Remediation tools and Oracle GRC Controls to reduce security, segregation of duty and data privacy risks in Oracle ERP Responsibility configuration.
  • Analyze Oracle ERP key configurations across DEV, TEST and PROD instances
  • Provide configuration control options to client IT and audit team by demonstrating deep understanding of Oracle ERP setup controls and best practices
  • Provide corrective actions to resolve configuration issues
  • Setup Rules at Controls to identify transactions outside the acceptable risk thresholds
  • Design ERP data and form level controls to prevent transaction errors and mitigate fraud risks
  • Follow project plan and complete tasks to follow the project plan
  • Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel
  • Understand engagement as it relates to clients business
  • Demonstrate and apply knowledge in areas of industry or functional specialty
  • Assume responsibility for client engagements. The responsibility will vary based on engagements
  • Perform knowledge transfer to both clients and the employees within the organization.
  • Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that products/deliverables meet contract/work plan
  • Undertake all required administrative tasks to manage multiple projects.
  • Set the project team’s expectations regarding the project to ensure clarity and focus.
  • Plan, define, and verify the project scope and ensures all deliverables can be completed satisfactorily, including update in SafePaaS Knowledge Bank.
  • Obtain sign off from the client at project milestones and its conclusion.
  • Participate in client meetings to scope projects
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings.
  • Identify and set the client’s requirements and expectations and attend meetings.
  • Conduct project reviews and status meetings with the client’s Project Manager.
  • Maintain relationships with clients.
  • Confirm estimates and includes estimated timeframes into the project plan.
  • Work with the Client Development Manager to assess and address client satisfaction during and after delivery of the service.
  • Inform the client of new, relevant technologies and applications.
  • Participate in the pre-sales team effort to close business.
  • Approve and submit subcontractor invoices, if appropriate.
  • Track project budgets
  • Identify and inform the client of conflicts between client resources that impact the project.
  • Recommend procedure and process improvements for delivery processes.
  • Complete and approve Timesheets online, before 12 noon on the third workday of the week.


QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Major ERP such at SAP, Oralce or Workday technical project management experience is preferred

 Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

 Acquired a minimum of 8 years industry experience. 

 Have managed full enterprise implementation project in key industries and companies ranging from mid-market to Fortune-500

 Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting or related field required

 Master’s Degree in Business Management (MBA) desired
