Position Overview
The Director of Strategic Programs and Chief of Staff (CoS) will act as a trusted partner to the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), providing high-level strategic support and ensuring that key business initiatives are executed effectively. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, operational excellence, and leadership to help scale the company, drive alignment, and enhance decision-making. This role will report to the CSO.
Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the CEO and CSO, providing insights and recommendations on key business priorities.Working with executive team, develop and iterate our 3-year strategy. Manage cross-functional projects to execute our strategy and ensure alignment across teams.Lead and oversee special projects, acting as an extension of the CEO in high-impact initiatives.In partnership with the CSO, identify acquisitions and lead key parts of M&A and post-merger integration.
