Reporting directly to the Vice President, Marketing with a dotted line to the Senior Vice President, Transformation, the Senior Director of Program Management will play a pivotal role in leading the development of Organic Growth Strategies within Unified Women’s Health. This role will require the strategic identification and development of growth opportunities in physician practices for women’s healthcare, that drive provider and patient satisfaction. The Sr. Director will partner closely with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives, including the development and implementation of training materials and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of healthcare experience and a strong understanding of physician practices. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working with cross-functional teams to ensure that growth strategies are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative strategies to drive organic growth in physician practices, specifically within women’s healthcare, focusing on patient acquisition, service line expansion, and provider/patient engagement
  • Gather and analyze industry and market data to provide insights that inform growth strategies
  • Develop comprehensive sales, marketing and communications strategies to increase provider and patient satisfaction, driving both short-term growth and long-term retention
  • Design and implement multi-media training materials and programs for internal teams to ensure consistent communication and high-quality service delivery
  • Work closely with leadership and other departments (Operations, Technology, Transformation) to align on goals, ensure successful strategy execution, and drive overall growth
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of growth strategies, adjusting as necessary to ensure performance aligns with organizational goals. Provide regular updates to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on healthcare services or physician practice organizations
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful growth strategies in a physician setting
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and training strategy development in healthcare environments
  • Experience in conducting market and industry analysis to guide decision-making and strategy formulation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with executive leadership
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, particularly in preparing and presenting strategies to senior executives
  • An entrepreneurial approach and an ability to think strategically while balancing day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead by example in complex, dynamic environments
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
