We have an opening for a: PAS/CFC Program Supervisor (INTERNAL ONLY)
This position is responsible for the oversight and management of the day-to-day activities of the PAS/CFC Department. This position works closely with MT DPHHS, provider agencies, and Mountain Pacific Leadership to ensure services are delivered per contract requirements and our customers are delighted. This position is also responsible for evaluating individuals for the necessity of Medicaid Personal Assistance Services/Community First Choice assistance with ADLs, IADLs, and possible HMAs in their living environment. Documentation, including an overview and consumer profile, is completed in a professional and timely manner according to set policies and procedures.

This position is a Full-time Remote position. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A bachelor's degree in registered nursing or a related field is preferred. Must be a registered nurse with a current licensure in the State of Montana and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in hospital, medical office or health care agency. The first review of candidates will be on March 17, 2025, and continually reviewed every 5 days after.
