We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to support the CEO and other executives in developing and implementing effective communication strategies. The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for creating and disseminating internal and external communications, including press releases, social media content, and newsletters. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communications strategies to support business goals.
  • Create and distribute internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Manage the CEO's social media accounts and online presence.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events and other initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets and community organizations.
  • Monitor and report on media coverage and social media engagement.
  • Maintain the company's website and ensure content is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide support for crisis communications as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Communications Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
