We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. As the Administrative Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's daily schedule, handling correspondence, coordinating travel, and ensuring that the CEO is prepared for meetings and events. You will also be expected to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the CEO's personal and professional affairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle all correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including email, phone calls, and mail
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, events, and conferences
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the CEO
  • Conduct research and gather information on various topics as directed by the CEO
  • Manage expense reports and budgets for the CEO
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the CEO's personal and professional affairs
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Handle other administrative duties as assigned by the CEO

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
