Designation: Deputy Key Accounts Manager
Responsible for handling the most important client accounts of the organisation. Must build and
maintain a strong relationship with the client. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client
matters, anticipate the client s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met
and help the client succeed. Also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will
develop new relationships with potential clients
Main Responsibilities
Sourcing deals and offers or have experience in merchant acquiring. Planning and overseeing
new marketing initiatives
Sourcing the Offer from Premium Standalone Restaurants, 5 Stars Hotels, Premium
Chains Like CCD, Dominos, Barista Etc.
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
Resolving key client issues and complaints
Developing a complete understanding of key account needs. Anticipating key account changes
and improvements
Managing communication between key clients and internal teams, accounts team
assigned to each client. Strategic planning to improve client results
Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the
client
Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, manager, marketing and team
members from other departs dedicated to the same client accounts to ensure the highest quality
of materials are being produced and all client needs met
Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives to share with
team members, stakeholders and possible use in future case studies or company training
Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines. Analysing client
data to provide customer relationship management
Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients. Expand the relationships with existing
customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationship
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key
accounts metrics
Knowledge and Skills
At least 5years experience in this domain
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing or related filed
You have experience of team handling, organised team player, Goal Oriented,
Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize, multi-task and manage time efficiently
Excellent organisational skills, Self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
In-depth understanding of company key clients and their positions in the industry
Proven result of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
Proficient in Work, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
