Administration
1) Job Purpose:
To supervise administrative services and partners and to fulfil various support & services requirements
for smooth operations of business unit/plant and seamless experience for employees and guests
Administration Support
Coordinate and ensure effective administrative support and services such as Canteen Management,
Housekeeping, guest house management in the business unit/plant to support business operations
Contractual Staff
Supervise and manage contractual administration staff including attendance,
allocation of work, deployment etc. for supporting various business requirements
Liaison
Liaison with local authorities, local leaders, and opinion makers to fulfill various requirements of the
Business Unit/Plant.
Statutory Compliances
Drive Statutory Compliances related to engagement of Contract
employees, administrative support services for the business/business unit
Process Efficiency
Ensure adherence to best practices of administrative support and services for
the business unit/plant that complies with Statutory requirements and processes prescribed by the
Group

6) Relationships: Describe the nature and purpose of most important contacts or relationship (except
superior/team members) with individuals, departments, organizations inside and outside of

General Remarks
this is a facilities Administration role, not HR Admin. This role will include travel to plant locations for
business purposes and locations can be remote.
Primary responsibilities will include- interdepartmental connect- Looking at guest relations- canteen
management- admin management- inventory management- Travel Management, etc
