Job description

Designation: Active Directory Engineer
Location: Lower Parel (Mumbai)
Experience : 2 to 6 years
Mode : Work from office (WFO)
 Skills Required : Windows AD( Active Directory)/ Active Directory, SCCM, ERM
 
JOB DESCRIPTION :
 
Windows AD
 
1. Creation and management of directory infrastructure
2. Monitoring and reporting associated with the reliability and security of the domain
3. Monitoring changes to domain root and domain controllers OU to ensure unauthorized changes do not occur
4. Day-to-day management of the domain controllers include Monitoring connectivity, synchronization, replication, netlogon, time services, FSMO roles, schema, NTDS database partitions, DNS settings, SRV records, and trust relationships
5. Review DC event and security logs and take corrective actions
6. Monitor and resolve security situations at all levels of the domain to ensure a stable and secure domain
7. Domain Controller Management
8. Group Policy monitoring and compliance
9. Communication and Coordination with Infosec team to implement best practices for securing domain controllers
10. PowerShell scripts and management of daily task through PowerShell scripts
11. Plan and manage all migrations and upgrades related to the AD or the DCs (FRS to DFSR and DC migration from 2012 R2 to 2016 and 2019)  
SCCM
1. Monitoring of all Sites
2. Monitoring and troubleshooting of the clients.
3. Creating distribution points and monitoring the agents reporting to the distribution point.
4. Non-compliance computers need to manage and update to LOB IT or compliance team to fix.
5. Windows 10 Build upgrade through Task sequence
6. Application and Packing as per LOB IT requirement
7. Patch deployment to entire RCAP domain computers.
8. Boundary creation for the newly open offices across LOB IT
